All McNair BLUMEN users require the new version - Blumen 9.06, in order to submit the Annual Performance Report (APR) for FY 2008-09.

If you have Blumen 9.03 or higher, you can download and install 9.06 for FREE. Click here.

If you have Blumen 9.0 or 9.01, then place the order for Blumen 9.06, Click here.
