: I need to change the grades of some students in our Blumen database because the student worker from last year entered them incorrectly. Three of the students have no grade at all(display as 0) and the other four have Adv/Dis 9th or 10th(display as 5 or 6). They need to be normal 9th and 10th grades.
: There are contacts already entered for these students(a whole year's worth) so I don't know if deleting these students and recreating them is possible without also recreating every single one of their contacts. I know that the Blumen manual warns against it in most cases.
For BLUMEN Talent Search / Upward Bound / EOC
Please follow the steps to correct the grade for the students :
1) Click on "Student" from command center
2) Click on "Student Data Entry"
3) Select the student for whom the grade needs to be changed from the student list
4) Click on "Edit Student"
5) Click on "P3" (Page 3)
6) Enter and correct the grade/standing for the required fiscal year by entering the grade or using the grade/standing pulldown list
