We were expected to release the new version this spring, but have delayed due to technical reasons. We are in the process of negociating with the Deppartment of Education to share the web-technology they use so we can have Blumen users submit the APR reports directly through Blumen.
Hence the delay. We do expect the UB to be released this Spring 2001.
