Steps to customize pull down list (Grade level at end):
1. Log in Blumen as a single user with Manager as username
2. Click on Admin
3. Select Pulldown Lists under Customize and click on run
4. Select Grade Level (at end of reporting period) under Custom List Type
5. Click on Add button
6. Enter 10 as pulldown number (assuming ID # 10 is empty)
7. Click on next
8. Type 6th grade and click on ok
9. Repeat steps 5 to 8 for adding more grades to the list
