To change Fiscal Year and Current Semester :
Please Open BLUMEN
Click on Utilities
Click on Set Preferences
Change the Fiscal Year
Change the Current Year
Change the Current Semester
Change the Reporting Period
Click on OK
Now click on Utilities
Click on add Student to Semester
Change the fiscal year to the preview fiscal year, set active to yes, set reported to yes,
and set served to year
Click on Ok
You can deselect any student that is not return in this fiscal year
This option will then add the students to the new fiscal year and semester
