Changing School Files

What do I need to do to change the listing for the schools? We have several duplicates (just misspelled) and would like to customize the listing to our use.

Also, if we rearrange the services listing (parent contact, counseling, etc.), would the system automatically rearrange all the files properly in the student records? We would also like to customize this listing by putting college related items together, etc.
