Talent Search Tutor hrs/Upward Bound Summer Program

I have two questions:

1. How can I calculate the number of hours that each tutor tutored for the 2002-03 school year?

2. I need to input the Upward Bound Summer Program info. I have already input on each student for the classes, instructors and time for each class. Where and how do I enter other contact with the students that participated in the summer program?
