We are so pleased with Blumen. It has made our recordkeeping and reporting so much easier. The customer support is excellent. Seth, Gunjan, Verdana, and all the others that we've spoken to are so patient and helpful. If they're not available, they will return calls usually within 15 minutes or less.

In the good book it is stated that patience is a virtue. This holds true for the staff at Compansol. Without the help and assistance of Seth, Gunjan, and Carlos I would probably be pulling my hair out this morning. All of you were so helpful to me that a thousand thanks are not enough. When I thought I was finish, there was some sort of mistake in one area or another. You prompt and quick response to me was greatly appreciated. Thank you again for all the assistance in helping us in completing our APR. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

I am the secretary for Student Support Services at the University of South Alabama. I am looking forward to attending the Orlando, Florida Blumen training workshop in December. I think this is a great opportunity, personally.

I attented the Blumen Conference in Raleigh/Durham, NC on Oct 21-22. First time to attend a conference and be able to watched someone demonstrate live (in person) Blumen Software. Carlos Fortin is an excellent Blumen Trainer. He answered all the questions that the different TRIO programs had asked at the conference. He is so knowledgeable about the software. My EOC director even made a comment that he was an awesome trainer. He was so humorous and keep your attention at all times during the discussions/presentations. Thanks a bunch, Carlos.

I work for the Educational Opportunity Center, Trident Technical College, Charleston South Carolina. I am an Administrative Assistant for this office. I use Blumen Software for my data entry. I find the Compansol personnel to be so very helpful and diligent in helping resolved any problems I encounter. You guys help me attain my goal of being proficient in my daily tasks (Seth, Gunjan, VG, Carlos); excellent Blumen crew.
